My friend and I ordered the maple bacon and egg meal along with drinks. When we ordered we were told it would take an extra 10... minutes if we wanted a hash brown. So we went with donuts so we wouldn't have to wait. After paying we did WAIT. We received ourdrinks immediately along with our donuts, but no egg or bacon arrived. After waiting a good 15 minutes I asked where our foodwas. An employee told us we had already received our meal. We held up our drinks and donuts and said we did not. The answer was oh, someone elses order had been wrong and this person must have taken ours. So we had to wait longer to get our meal. We couldhave had our hash browns after all this wasted time. To join in the vast amount of people that have complaints against this location I would like to add in my 2 cents as well! The... employees do not care about the customers here, including management and the owner. Unfortunately this location is the closestto me and I have to be disappointed almost every time I come here. The employees are not able to make food let alone coffeeright. I?d like to add that this problem is not at all only from drive thru orders, items are often wrong when my food isordered from inside. I?ve even gotten to the point talking to the manager and asking to speak with the owner a couple months agoand they did not call. I don't know why I continue to punish my self by visiting this place. It does not deserve the title Tim Horton's as the... customer service in this building is non-existent. Tried the drive through the other night and the female in the box taking myorder asked what I would like< i told her I would like a half dozen doughnuts, ok let me check if we have them she replied. Shecame back and confirmed she had doughnuts. I asked if one of those doughnuts could be a Vanilla dip. She replied, no sorry wehave no more doughnuts. I said ok well let's forget the doughnuts. Do you have any Apple Cinnamon tea? Let me check she saysagain, and comes back with yes we have. Ok then can i have a large Chai with one Chai bag and one Apple Cinnamon bag both bagsin and double double please.Oh sorry no we don't have Apple Cinnamon tea. Ok then just a large Chai will be fine. Then I orderedanother food item. Got to the window and waited about 2 minutes while I watched about 5 employees cleaning and preparing to whatlooked like close the store for the night. I gave a honk on the horn and a perplexed looking young male came to the window toask what I would like. I told him I was waiting for the Chai tea and food item. with a curled lip and a weirdness to his eyeshe said yes it is right here. I asked why no one was serving it to me and he replied that they were all busy... The perplexedlook then transferred to my face and I commented about the what the all were doing and drove off without my order and went tothe Tim Horton's on FischerHallman instead where I was greeted by a very polite and nice young man who knows what customerservice is. Employees were rude. Long time customer, but same result every time . Employees have no empathy, respect for disabilities.... Totally mistreated on multiple occasions. Openly make fun of you, disrespect you right to your face. Purposely make the ice capwith little to no cream and laugh as they hand it to you, for you to ask for them to remake it as it?s extremely dark and knowyou as a daily customer and how you like your ice cap with the perfect amount of cream. To say there?s nothing wrong with it, nosorry we?re not remaking it. To have to ask a manager to get them to remake it. As the 2 girls giggle point and make you feelextremely uncomfortable. Openly refuse to cut a bagel when paying for a prepared bagel. Being told sorry we don?t cut bagelsanymore. To in the background everyone say we don?t cut bagels anymore. But some days cut some days not cut no consistency. Daymanager does nothing but make it worse, since the day I brought it to their attention after 2 years of this going on. My lifehas been hell having to go to this location it?s unfortunate there?s no other location in a near vicinity. I mainly get my coffee, and sometimes cake/muffin/donut. Good quality. Often later in the day, they would have some of the items... out of stock. Also the drive-thru gets busy sometimes (5-10 mins waiting time). Read more
This place is a joke. I bought a large chicken noodle soup and there was blue plastic in it. I wanted to exchange it for another... soup of the same size but the blonde girl making the sandwiches doesn?t even know what a regular and large is and was trying torefuse me. (She?s also really, really loud and obnoxious, I?ve been there multiple times) I feel bad for people who have to sitin the restaurant and listen to her talk. Apparently their ?manager? went through the soup and said they found nothing. I?mliterally showing you the plastic! They said maybe it?s a herb. What kind of herbs are blue in a chicken noodle soup? It used to be my go-to Tim?s predominantly but now their service has gone to dogs! They simply do not honour anything you order... through the app & more importantly are flouting the rules of the company by denying breakfast after 4PM ???? when the same isreadily available on the app!
