Ludacris soup!!! I asked for chicken noodle soup and got given this? wild service. Plus some hair in my butter lol
The store was almost empty. I ordered an iced cap. Payment went through and the person just quietly went away. Instead of making... my order, he accepted other orders and completely ignores mine. After 5 minutes of waiting for a single cup of coffee, i askedhim. He seemed confused at first but then proceeded to quickly make the WORST iced cap i have ever seen. It was half water andhe made it spill out the edges. Even though my hands are sticky, i am eager to write this review in case anyone ever decided tovisit this nightmare of a coffee place. Read more
We attempted to order frozen lemonade and were told they were out. We then ordered a peach drink and they said they could make a... classic lemonade. The ?classic? lemonade tasted like water with a tiny squirt of lemon at best. We went back up to the counterand expressed our discontent. The employees responded with a shrug of their shoulders. I pushed the fact that that was not atall Tim Hortons quality and they begrudgingly replaced the drink with a peach drink. We sit down and not even 5 minutes later awomen sat down near us with what looked like a frozen lemonade. One of our party asked her what she was drinking and indeed shewas enjoying a frozen lemonade. Our son who lives very near this location says he will no longer visit this Tim Hortons as theyare routinely out of product and dismissive, if not rude. If I could give zero stars I would. My experience at this location has always been terrible, and shame on me for ever going... back. Today the person taking my order cut me off, bot allowing me to continue my order, and then was rude at the window. Theyalso gave me the wrong items. I'm not sure how "12 grain bagel with cream cheese" sounds like "chocolate chip muffin" which Ican not eat, and as always they put cream in my drinks and not milk as I requested. When I called all they had to say were emptyapologies. I don't have time to drive back before work for them to "fix" this, but this will not be my 1st time going withoutbreakfast because of this location. Like I said... shame on me for going back! I just bought 2 french vanilla coffees around at 12:30 pm from drive throw and it?s only warm water. Such a bad service. I can?t... expect this from tim. Read more
Nice location, friendly staff and good food. They need to work on cleaning aspect so they clean it quickly especially in busy... time like weekend nights. I know this location is usually clean but sometime I found it a bit unclean as in the pics. Read more
Just visited this location for dine in, only one person in front of me and it took 10 minutes to even order. The customer in... front of me was unhappy with both drink and food order and will keep coming back. My turn finally, ordered a breakfast sandwichon a biscuit...after few minutes they told me that they have no biscuits...fine, than give me the breakfast sandwich on a cheesebagel, they charged me $6.80 for the damn breakfast sandwich. I asked for napkins, they didn't have napkins. What's a food shopwith no food and no napkins? And no customer service? Literally, nothing to me. Read more
