I loved the food it was amazing, had to wait 55 minutes for my sandwich though, tasted good

Food was fine, but one of the people working there (manager I think?) was being really rude to staff and customers. I'm no... Karen, I don't like to leave bad reviews, but damn this place has gone downhill. I just went in to pick up a coffee and suddenlyeveryone in the store is being yelled at. The other day I ordered an ice capp, only to be forgotten about. Others behind me in line who ordered their ice capps got... theirs, all prior to them having to refill the ice capp machine. Thankfully, the supervisor on duty refunded me the price of theice capp and give me a coupon for a free hot drink. I thought that would have been the end of it, until tonight. I went to adifferent location to redeem the aforementioned coupon, only to find out that it had already been redeem! Never going to thislocation again. Read more
Ordered a medium hot chocolate. I didn't realize it was not filled up until I opened the lid, still lots of room where you can... fill in lots of cream. But I didn't ask for cream room. What was even worse was that it tasted like water--chocolate flavouredwater and in the light end. It was not sweet, not like the smoothy and silky hot chocolate you usually get elsewhere, but just acup of water with a slight touch of chocolate flavour and color. Will never return here. If it were not on campus, I bet thistim would have been closed for years! Students have no choice no matter the quality is good or bad. Read more
Ordered a single small ice cap, after 10 minutes of I waiting asked the guy who served me if it was on the way but he ignored my... question even though he asked how he could help me (by that time many people who were far in line behind me were being servedwhole meals before me) waited another 5 minutes before a lady finaly asked what I ordered. This has happened before at anotherTim Hortons but a big reason I'm leaving this review is that they didn't give me the free coffee coupons that other franchiseesgive you when such an incident occurs. Found hair in my food. Asked for a coffee, the guy put in a hot chocolate and I asked him to remove it and add the coffee. He... said he did, I got a hot chocolate and paid for both drinks like at least give me both the drinks???? Read more
