Honestly I've been here a few times, I live near this one. I have nothing good to say about this location. My most recent... experience, I drove up to the order speaker and sat there for a few minutes. I eventually drove up to the window because Iassumed they were having issues with the speaker system. When I asked if they were having issues with it, I was told it was fineand what do I want. There's a sign that's been on the speaker outside for months, so that's why I thought there was an issue.She just ignored the fact that I sat there and waited, which normally is not an issue. But this location is run down, notmaintained, and I consistently receive terrible coffee, food and service. It's a franchise....do the upkeep. Stay away from thisone. Sorry Tim Hortons, you have been going downhill for years. Read more
I usually don't write reviews, but my awful experience with this branch and the employees forced me to share. Below zero stars.... I have ordered mobile pick up to speed things up, but not only there wasn't a designated line for the mobile orders, they liedwith time estimate when they kept saying 1 minute, 2 minute and after having me wait for 15minutes I didnt get neither food norrefund. One of my favorite Tim Hortons in Waterloo. It is conveniently located in a good Plaza with Gino's Pizza and relatively close... to my home. The plaza has multiple exits from multiple streets which makes it even more accessible. Read more
Feel bad for all new workers. There was a new guy on cash and Maryanne was so rude. Didn?t offer any help to him and just yelled... at him. Plus she was really mean to us when we asked what they put in the wrap???? everyone else is super nice tho Read more
Six people working at 630 in the morning Five on drive thru and one on front cash One person ahead of me in line, still took... over twenty minutes to get a coffee and a donut because they kept taking the front cash employee away from front in order todeal with the drive thru customers Don't ignore the customers in the store for the drive thru ones. If it was possible to give 0 Stars that is what I would rate this location. The staff do not care. The manager does not care. I... have personally heard the daytime manager during the week say on more than one occasion, "I don't care." They know the take outcoffee machine is broken and again i was told by the manager she doesn't care because the drive thru one works and then she willremake your coffee with the drive thru machine. They serve day old pastries just to get rid of them while the fresh ones sitvisible on a counter getting stales so they can sell the old ones. On one occasion when I complained a newer staff member saidto the manager "but I'm not allowed till the old ones are gone" and she shushed him and told him to get a new one. This locationis seriously the worst and it is 100% because of the daytime manager. Find another location, GO TO MCDONALDS just DON'T GOHERE!!! Read more
Been there multiple times. Nice food. Clean and neat. Not much rush whenever I go there. Not bad at all.
