I got a black bean bowl and the food was pretty good. It tasted fresh and was very filling. I rated this a 4 because the... customer service was really good. I had dinner pretty late in the day but the lady serving me still greeted me nicely and gavegood vibes. Made my day after studying for hours. There's also a ton of space to sit and eat too. Really not a good experience I just had on Sunday. Will not return and no one should order from here either. The chicken breast... is unseasoned and very very dry, I was choking and had to sip water WITH the food in my mouth to be able to swallow. There isbasically NO tzatziki sauce on it at all and all I tasted was cucumber and old lettuce. There is barely any tomato, I expectedfeta and they used cheddar, also paid for double cheese and there is literally practically NO cheese on it. I paid for romaineand the romaine is wilted and tastes off, only a couple small shreds, I paid for side pita and they didn't give me any at all.The pita for my wrap was soggy and ripped up and a dry-bland pita, very thin and yucky, barely any olives also. It has taken memore than one session to eat this very disgusting and horribly dry and unflavored pita wrap...Will get a better one for like$6.00 at the mall food court. Read more

I don?t know what?s going on with the pita factory franchise lately. I have been going to this franchise since they opened... their first location. The original owners were very friendly and nice and welcoming and it used to be my favourite foodfranchise. My most recent past 3 experiences at the Waterloo location have not been good ( all in June + July 2022 ). Onestaff member is never in uniform so I didn?t even know he was an employee. He was not welcoming or friendly and I can barelyhear him speak. Another time a different employee was playing on his phone when I was ordering and seem disinterested in thecustomers. Is there no training for workers anymore at pita factory ? Kitchener Waterloo has so many great food choices andoptions now you would think franchises would do all possible to make their experience as good as possible for the customer. Iguess not.
