Food is served hot. We?ve tried almost everything on the menu. Servers and service is great. Beer is cold. Wings are awesome.... Mushroom soup the one day was to die for. I have ordered here a couple times and the food is always meh. I am writing this review today though as I am sick of being... harassed by this establishment's customers. I live in the local neighbourhood and will occasionally walk to get something in theplaza. I have now, on three separate occasions, had remarks made to me about my mask by smokers. It is gross enough to have towalk past their smoking area, but to also get people attempting to pick fights over my mask is ridiculous. Move your smokingsection off the side walk and away from where your nastiest customers can abuse the plaza's other customers and locals. Read more

Went to The Chill tonight with 2 friends. Hadn't been in along time due to covid and we were welcomed by Tracy like she had... just seen us. Tonight was wing night, .99 a wing, great value and delicious. A delightful evening on the deck with good food andcold beer. Will be back! Read more

Great find in Waterloo. We literally stumbled upon this place, when we had a craving for wings, and my wife asked if there is a... place nearby that has "Wednesday night wing special". We googled our location and Chill came up. We check the mostly decentreviews, and called to make a reservation for 3. And we weren't disappointed. The service was quick, courteous and friendly.Drinks arrived quickly, our wing order was taken promptly. The wings were surprising larger than normal, meaty and properlyprepared, all 3 sauces were spot on. We'll be back, and next time we might order something else off the menu, as other itemsalso looked interesting. Read more
