Do not go to this location! Ordered a glass of wine, the same wine I get everytime and the taste was very off, mentioned it to... my server and she said "I gave you what you ordered" didn't bother to ask if I would like something different. I obviouslydidn't drink it because it had gone bad and she still charged me for it! My husband's and kids meals came, mine came so muchlater they had already finished eating. No apology or anything! Our waitress was great, and given how busy it was for Thanksgiving, I'd say the wait time wasn't terrible. My only complaint is... that the crust on my pumpkin pie was very salty. Otherwise, great meal & great service! Even got complimentary spring rolls tomake up for the wait. Read more
I just had Cynthia tonight as my waitress! She is a wonderful waitress with a big heart and always wants you to have the BEST... experience. Called in a take out order. Women on phone was very polite and efficient. Got to the restaurant food was ready and very hot.... Checked order all was there. ( smelled amazing). Everything was to our liking. My youngest daughter loved all her food. She hasnever had Swiss chalet. She is a big fan. Read more

The service is excellent, the waitresses are beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. But my food was not very good, all of our fries... were over cooked, my chicken was extremely dry, the buns were so hard I could knock on it like a hockey puck, and my pierogieshad a really hard outer shell that it hurt my mouth to bite them. However, other members of my party really enjoyed their foodand thought it was excellent. I did have a really delicious piece of fudge cake at the end of the meal though! Read more
Good 1) Plenty parking. 2) Reservation wasn?t required since there were enough tables. 3) Reasonably priced menu. 4) Staff and... server were friendly and good with recommendations. 5) Food arrived in reasonable time. And taste was good. I can?t anythingthat was worth complaining about. Bad 1) I can?t recall anything that went bad in terms of service. We over-ordered. But It?salways good for takeout with left overs. I highly recommend this location. I?ve been to different locations in GTA before. Butthis location has won my heart with their excellent service.
