A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am & there was a bit of a... line. The lady who took my order & the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Sooo I go to Starbucks a ton. And today I had the worst service. Janice has got to be the most unpleasant person to deal with. I... asked a super simple question and got the worst response. "HI there! Just curious if I can use my stars today with the Roger'soutage?"-me "Nope, common sense would tell you because we can't take debit we also can't take stars as payment. If you don'thave cash leave"-her. I HAD CASH IN MY WALLET AND WAS JUST ASKING. I ordered my iced coffee and let the other worker behind thecold bar know how horrible my service and they answered with "well that's not my issue" so long story short I won't be returningand will be reaching out to cooperate. I used to be a partner at Starbucks and know exactly how things are supposed to work andcustomers are always #1 Especially when asking simple question. I'm extremely disappointed. Read more
Usually love this Coffee shop at Waterloo Square. Good coffee - friendly staff. BUT today - no toilet paper in washroom (which... I only noticed TOO LATE). Dirty patio tables and overflowing garbage containers. Not exactly what you want to see in this postCOVID world. Read more
One of my favourite locations! Friendly, clean and they always make my drink correctly.
This is a fairly standard Starbucks but should honestly be a larger location. The tight ordering area and the even tighter... pickup area is challenging at virtually any time. The staff are always friendly and drinks are well made but for some reason itis on the slower side. The seating area is also quite some but common amongst other downtown, central locations. Read more
