Have had shawerma here plenty of times now and each time it is just as amazing as the first time I had it. The chicken and beef... is always fresh and I have never encountered odd pieces in my bite. Great flavour always but the portions and service is not consistent. I?ve been three times this month.. yes I love shawarma!?... The first visit was totally brag worthy? I enjoyed an authentic wrap (large) made to perfection and couldn?t wait to order againa few days later. Then ordered two more times in the following week and the same wrap was barely half the size, fries undercooked and couldn?t taste the garlic sauce. Everything was much less. Ordered 2 saj wraps. one chicken, one beef. 30 minutes for my order. 2 years ago I openly said shawerma plus was the best in the... region. It has completely changed and fallen off. the meat in both was incredibly dry and flavorless. the sauce was weak. thesaj bread was still great but never in my life have ever had to throw shawarma out. I threw out both yesterday. I $30 spent onthe driest, flavorless shawarma I have ever had in my entire life. This isn't the first time either, I had to reach out to theowner once before in regards to the chicken saj but since many months had passed I figured I would try it again. Unfortunatelyit has gotten even worse. I think they cut back the quality on their food to save money to open up another location, now thewaterloo location is worse than any other shawarma restaurant in Kitchener-Waterloo. Read more

I?ve been searching for a Shawarma that tastes like home, and I found this place. It?s just perfect! We ordered two Shawrma Saj... meals and they were great! Ir should be one of the best Shawarma in KW. Even better than other Shawarma plus branches. I used to order English style... Shawarma which has lettuce, tomato, and onions. If you?d asked me in 2018 how I felt about this place I would only have positive things to say, however the past few years have... slowly disappointed me. The hot sauce used to be my favourite part but it since has changed to sriracha. The prices used to becheap, a great asset for a student-heavy area however prices have gone up by quite a bit. The fries I had today were stale andboring and the chicken was dry. The chicken shawarma plate used to come with a pita and cup of hummus but that doesn?t come withthe meal anymore.
