Okay yeah I love Popeyes usually, but this particular location has absolutely horrendous service for a fast food place. It?s... inexcusable. Wait times are insane, customers are ignored and their concerns considered unimportant. Staff can be seen doingabsolutely nothing in the kitchen or moving extremely slowly. I really wish there was a zero star option. Possibly the worst service at a drive through (took about 15 minutes to place an... order with no one in front), absolutely rude personnel (when I asked for an extra sauce I got told they didn?t give extra, andthat it would be $1.25 at the window if I wanted it), and then only received about half the food I ordered (nothing in theactual order was correct, including drinks) This along with the most important?. my girlfriend having the tenders and beingincredibly ill (I?ll spare the details) for the past few hours. We love the odd Popeye?s at home, so I?m not saying Popeye?s ona whole is bad at all, but this establishment should be shut down. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was raw got a replacement and it was raw again and they told me they could only give in... store credit (for another raw sandwich). When I suggested that they could be serving raw chicken sandwiches to other customersthey did not care. This place is a health hazard DO NOT GO HERE! Read more

This has to be the single worst fast food restaurant. The champion of horrible customer service. I do not know how else to... explain, the person taking the order did not know what numbers correlated to the menu. Then while ordering two combos, statingfries with one and onion rings with the other, I get to the window to hear her say I only have one combo. The place was well kept and clean, staff was very friendly and I had no issues with ordering. I had asked for fresh-as-possible... food and they dropped a new batch of tenders just because I asked. The tenders were cooked perfectly and were indeed fresh fromthe fryer. Same with the fries. Even with me asking for a fresh batch, my order was made quickly and i was left very satisfied.10/10 would come again. Read more

I was served by "S", a young gentleman. Self described as 'the guy wearing a turban' for identification, took my order and took... great care to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted and helped time it so everything I received was RIGHT from the fryersand as fresh as possible. The food was phenomenal for Popeyes, even this one which is generally quite good. The service, whichis really what should be addressed here, was truly high quality. From a person who was a manager for years at several McDonald'sin Winnipeg (if you know what that really means, you will understand the depth of the compliment). He was not only friendly andhelpful but had an excellent attitude and took his time ensuring I received precisely what I wanted even when I was unsure. One of the worst place for sure. We used drive through, ordered 16pcs combo. 5min after when we reach the first window, the... server asked "were out of spicy flavour. Can we give 6 pcs with mild? If you want spicy, you have to wait 15min" so I said "yeahsure" since i dont wanna wait another 15min in DRIVE THRU. 20min min after the first conversation we got our meal (mild lol) andgot home, just to find out the chickens are undercooked. Possibly one of THE WORST experiences I've ever had at any fast food establishment. My boyfriend and I order our food at the... window due to their speaker being down. The service was slower than usual but that wasn't a problem so we waited. The bathroomwas disgusting and the womens washroom had no toilet paper. Anyways, we ordered 2 tender combos, one with a poutine and theother was supposed to come with fries like any other combo typically would. I ordered a side gravy. When we realized our frieswere missing, I went inside to let them know and instead was fought with. We SPECIFICALLY ordered combos. A main, a side, adrink. +any extras. My gravy was entered in as part of my combo? All a misunderstanding but I refuse to pay for something that Ialready paid for and was a mistake on both ends. I ordered my meal the way it was supposed to be prepared. Not to be argued withand refused. I certainly won't be back to this location if that's how you handle these types of situations.
