Went for lunch and got fries the guy making them didnt put cheese on the lady showed him the works has cheese . He still put no... cheeses on them on by time i got to my vehicle opened it up it was warm not even hot like other places i had to go back andthe girl behind th3 counter had no care in the world that it was made wrong the service here is poor last time i eat here !! Not worth it...i tried after a frnd suggested me butter chicken poutine but was severely disappointed.
Ordered Nacho Fries on Saturday. 1 hour after eating it, feeling uneasy in stomach. Same thing happened to my friend who shared... it with me. - Poor quality food - not sure what, I guess expired sour cream or cheese I admire their butter chicken fries, butdefinitely not returning to this location for sure. Nice food, great service by the staff Except the one employee i got served by on Sunday, 18th September,2021 around at 3.05pm..... we have been the regular customer of this location but had never felt this way before. We tried using our card which didn?twork for some reason and had to use another card and the employee who was taking our cash showed her attitude and asked us to?Go ahead ? with her rude attitude and bad gestures of her hands. I asked her name and she said ?Sharon? which i assume istotally lie. Owner needs to work on this employee as it was extremely rude and intolerable behaviour towards customer. I reallyappreciate the guy from the staff who actually talked to us nicely and apologized on behalf of that employee but meanwhile inour conversation she again interrupted and screamed ?it was not my fault? in front of all other people which i found insultingand disrespectful. Not only do the employees discuss inappropriate & unnecessary topics while at work for customers to hear. They took 15 minutes... to complete my order of a single poutine while only having one persons order ahead of my own.
