I cannot visit Waterloo without making a trip to pickup a shawarma platter from Mozys. 10/10 would recommend.
I really want to give this place a negative rating. Whenever we visit Waterloo, we make it a point to have the full-flavored... Shawarma at Mozy's. This time too, we ordered the same. While eating, I found a metal hook in the shawarma. I was startled for agood few minutes thinking what if I have consumed it. We brought it to the attention of the staff. They did apologise, gave us arefund and also replaced it with a new sandwich. But finding a metal hook is a serious health hazard and a big lapse in terms offood safety. Big thumbs down because this is not not expected at all from a big name like Mozy's. Probably would not recommendthis place to anyone as much as i would like to. Go there at your own risk!! Read more
I ordered a shawarma plate on August 13th around 7:05 p.m. with extra tomatos and a can of pop. First of all, they charged me... $19.46 for this. It was an 8 in x 8 in box. They charged my 75 cents extra for 14 half slices of a small tomato. It took threestaff to assemble this poutine. It looked like one of them was scrubbing in for brain surgery. When I stopped them and saidthat?s not what I ordered. The one proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $27 to get the shawarma plate because this was ?almostready?. He also said they ?increased their prices yesterday, so I would have to pay for a new shawarma plate?. The box washalf filled with fries and had cheese on it. Not what a shawarma plate looks like. I watched them mix old and cold fries sittingon the counter with "hot ones? that were actually undercooked and completely soaked in oil. Absolutely disgusting behaviour bythe employees. In the past, I have had good experiences here but these employees were something else. I will not be returninghere ever again. Read more

Decided to give this place a try today and glad I did. I ordered online for pick up, and was a little skeptical, but the the... falafel wrap was one of the best I've ever had. I ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra sauce and they nailed it. Thewrap was ripped but I guess that's what I get for stuffing it so full. The falafel were fluffy, moist and flavourful and theonline ordering offered the option of paying when I got there which many don't offer. Give these guys a try, you won't regretit! Read more

Large portions, delicious chicken and toppings over the best kind of fries and rice. Some of the best shawarma in the area. The... garlic sauce is tasty, and the hot sauce is Sriracha, so I would add more if you like it hot! Mozy's is the shawarma that mademe realize that shawarma is my second favorite food. Read more
