Favorite chicken, hands down worth the extra money over popeyes and KFC. I have order at least a dozen times over the last... couple years, always family meals. Going to complain here, and still say 5 star. Last night, and I recall one time before fromthe ira needles location I could tell the chicken was rushed. The driver switched, and the order was delayed. When I recievedit, I could tell that it had been fried just long enough to be edible. Still delicious, but it had no crunch and the skin simplyslipped off almost on its own. The gravy was also luke warm at best, I actually reheated it myself. Still going to say for thebad experiences it's still the best chicken. Granted, last night I orderd an hour before closing, so maybe the employees werebeing prepared to walk out right at 9PM. I assume they had everything cleaned up, not anticipating a large order at the time. Read more

My first time eating fried chicken that was not made by me. I am not a fan of fried chicken really but being hungry and close... made us decide. There were 2 more tables with people at the time, it was around 5pm on a Sunday so, not bad at all. We orderedand were asked to sit down and the food came really fast. We had the original samdwich, the taters and the pickles. The tatershad too much salt for us but dipped them in the honey garlic dip we got and they were ok. The pickles were good but some had nobatter on them. The sandwich was really good. I was impressed as I am really not too crazy about fried chicken. We ordered 2dips (sauces) but got only one. Not sure if it is because only one is included? Anyway, we enjoyed it. Next time no pickles ortaters. Read more

i came here when the location first opened and it was great food so i went back today. unfortunately, today was a no for me and... will not be back to this location. i got the 10 piece chicken with taters, coleslaw and gravy. the chicken was too overdone, itwas hard and chewy. not sure if it was overcooked or if it was old. the coleslaw did not have enough dressing on it, it was sodry. the gravy had a bitter taste to it, went straight to the garbage. (not sure how old it was). the lady at the desk was nicebut the food was not what i was expecting. Read more
