Absolutely terrible, they charge 50 cents extra for fries even if you get no other toppings which no other shawarma place near... this one does like mozys. I ask for chicken shawarma and instead of cutting the chicken from the spinning thing they grab itfrom some container and it tastes like old beef, like this isn't subway you cut from the spinning thing. The fries have 0seasoning not even salt it tastes very bland. Compared to other shawarma spots such as osmows, mozys, shawarma plus, chefssignature this is the worst by far I have been there twice and both times I could not finish my sandwich. Food is not meant tobe tolerable it is meant to be enjoyed and I can't enjoy some old beef tasting chicken, with 0 seasoning on my fries that I paidextra for when other places don't charge for it. Ordered med shawarma on the rocks for lunch. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great! Very good rice which I think is key!... What was even better is the gentleman that took my order. He was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and you could tell he caredabout the product he was serving and genuinely cared that you enjoyed what you order. He helped me decide the level of hot sauceI wanted and gave fair warning that their sauce is quite hot. The food was very very good but the customer service given by thisgentleman was even better. I love this franchise but from this location I love more university ave and highland one. The location is awesome as so many... other shops around, night walk and park is near to it but sitting space is less in this one . I like chicken platter here withGreek salad as it comes with fries and rice but this location doesn?t include free drink with chicken platter as other locationdo, I guess highland one not sure, better call and confirm . A great place to grab a bite! The staple order is chicken on the rocks (rice) with copious amounts of garlic sauce. Obviously... not the healthiest of foods to get, but far from the most unhealthy and good prices for the amount of food you get. I went to Lazeez king st plaza today after a week. Unlike my last visit, it was surprising to see how much they improved and... cared about customer review. I ordered a lazeez on the rocks and got a box filled with hot rice and chicken, topped with garlicsauce and hot sauce. I highly recommend this place and hope they maintain the same standard Read more
