I absolutely love Laura Secord chocolates! I didn't love this store though. It was laid out ok and seemed clean and tidy. But... the management needs to work on its scheduling and staffing. The poor girl working clearly didn't really know what she wasdoing, was overwhelmed with the traffic, and then the stupid debit machine went down. My heart went out to her. Improvements tostaffing could drastically improve customer service. Read more

We bought two chocolate spread bottle on Saturday (Sep 19). We open one jar and the smelled like old oil. We checked the expiry... date and it was September 3rd. We went to return both bottles next day and explain to her that you are selling expired products.She told me we don't haverhave policy. That makes me mad. I told her if I call the health department, your store may close. Whenshe sees me mad then she call her manager and she finally agreed to return. I saw several other bottles of chocolate spread wereexpired on the shelf from July of 2020. Read more

I purchased a sundae from Laura Secord and when the cashier served me the sundae with no chocolate sauce, I had to ask why, only... to learn that they were sold out of chocolate sauce. The clerk didn't even bother to let me know ahead of time that they wereout, so I basically paid $2 extra for some peanuts on top... Read more
I usually love Laura Secord but the service was horrible! I was here a few days ago and asked for a scoop of chocolate peanut... butter ice cream and was given strawberry. They aggressively insisted it was what I ordered despite everyone else at thecounter (4-5 people) agreeing they heard me say chocolate peanut butter. I?ve worked a ton of customer service jobs and I 100%get that things are misheard, and accidents happen so I accepted the strawberry ice cream anyways. However, the two womenworking continued to be rude to us (but namely the woman wearing a pink sequenced mask). I?ve otherwise had good interactionswith employees who helped us at this location and other Laura Secord locations. I understand accidents happen and I didn?t mindthe ice cream switch (really?its just ice cream), but I can't imagine being so rude to people. Read more
