Taste and presentation was horrible. Looks like owner/manager is not paying much attention in training their staff. New recruits... preparing pizzas without any supervision making worst pizzas. Untrained staff. There is no consistency in the quality of pizzasthey make. They need to learn how to spread the toppings evenly, and not to have patches on pizzas which are overloaded and thenothers are empty. Even sauce is not evenly spread. Poorly managed store as they put pressure on new staff without providing themenough training or support. This happened twice in a row now that after having a pizza from this store, I feel like never buy apizza again. I had to throw it out in garbage. Read more
Unprofessional staff and ill-mannered behavior towards customer. I ordered thin crust the girl wanted to give me regular crust... saying it's thin and then sauces and veggies messed up. Don't rely on them better to try something else. Read more

This is how I got my pizza and the manger offered another pizza without 5-10 minutes which I knew was a lie. Still waiting on... the pizza it?s been almost 30 minutes. I ordered a Extra large pizza online with pineapple ,Roasted red peppers and black olives . They didn?t put black olives thats... acceptable to some extent but they put tomatoes instead of roasted red peppers that really disappointed me. Staff is friendly Italked to them on phone but i picked the pizza and then came to Cambridge. I would suggest everyone to check their pizza at thestore. best domino's pizza experience ever all around. best pan pizza yet (if you haven't tried their pan pizza, you must!). i eat... pizza from many locations and this was by far the best pizza, communication and delivery. i love you whoever called few minutesbefore you were arriving. i think the timing was perfect. you were very polite and caring, thank you. the driver is a lovelyperson and so was the person who handed me the two pan pizzas. very happy 12 out of 10 experience. please keep it up, this isreally great. grateful. I got delivery from here and the delivery guy was extremely rude it has happened 2 or 3 times and the box is damaged and the... delivery person wont follow the instructions and talk rudely on the call. They even gave excuse so that they dont have to comeup to the 4th floor to deliver we pay extra for delivery so that we dont have to get out of our home if i have to go down topick up my order whats the point of dominoes is just few steps from my place really disappointed and i get it sometime theperson is busy or something but they can be atleast polite to the customer Read more
