Imagine ordering pizza and the pizza is supposedly coming in 20 minutes and then it still hasn?t come after... hours and the store hangs up on you every time you call for an update or tells you it?s 5 minutes away every 20 minutes when youcall repeatedly at intervals. Been here so many years and I?m surprised I didn?t try this before. This pizza is AWESOME. Their deal of 4 bucks for a pizza... size is so good and one slice is as good as too. Try getting the fresher ones usually as that is the best. Love the sauce andbest of all can pay by watcard. What else do you need ?? Read more
Wow this place went down hill. It?s was the spot after a night of drinking. When there for the first time in a few years and it... was god awful. Never again. To answer your reply. We got Campus Pizza on a weekend afternoon delivered to us. We paid by Watcard and all we had to do was give them the student... number. The phone operator was a man with an accent, and he was very rude when taking our order. We understand that it was loudinside and it was probably super busy, but he kept telling us to hurry up. They also couldn?t hear us, so we had to repeatourselves a few times which is fine, but just their attitude made the ordering experience negative. On the other hand, thedriver was super kind when they dropped off the order, so that really saved our experience with the staff here. We got threelarge pizzas ($40.15). The delivery deal is 2 large three toping pizzas for $25.99 and 1 large three toping pizza for $14.16.The pizzas were overall well portioned and very affordable. The taste was okay, the crust was hard after awhile so youdefinitely need to put it in the oven or microwave to reheat it. You get what you pay for, most of the time we get it as a latenight snack since they?re open until 5am. Read more
Ordered pizza from campus and they took my order, after some time they never came through and told me the delivery driver was... not willing to go out to my home which is fine but let me know that right away. I waited the entire time expecting delivery thatwas promised that never came through. Customer service is awful, I would've tipped that delivery guy VERY handsomely. Wish I wastold they wouldn't do the order right away, will never order again and will spread the word on customer service being awful. Follow the instructions. I was told that this was a good deal but I was disappointed. PHOTOS ATTACHED FOR PROOF Okay so this is... my first order. I ordered for pepperoni with 4 extra toppings but got 2 toppings. There was no Pepperoni, No Sausage. Why? Iordered for pepperoni, then chicken, beef and sausage. This is so Sad. This was a good pizza, the big Kahuna was absolutely gigantic, which made the slices huge....we had to cut them down...the crust... seemed a bit under done but I think it was because of the size of the pizza Read more
The service here is atrocious. The person who answered the phone was rude and seemed bothered that he had to do his job. They... can't give you a total when you ask for it. Their delivery driver is more concerned with his personal phone calls thandelivering the pizzas. They take longer to deliver than any other pizza place in Kitchener-Waterloo. Literally go anywhere elsebecause every time I order it's the same awful service for mediocre pizza with mostly tasteless toppings on some cardboard.
