This castle has been mostly abandoned and left to decay. The two remaining in the court were professional and working hard, and... my mango habanero burger was delicious. But two workers is not nearly enough to manage the feast hall at dinnertime, and theshort staffing was as such that it took 30+ minutes from walking in to get my meal. Maybe a handful of people called in sick atthe same time, but judging by the exciting texture of the tables, the state of the machinery and the lack of availablesupplies/sauces, I have a suspicion that these poor workers have been forced to do the job of twice as many staff for muchlonger than just this evening. Worst drive though EVER!! I hate to only give two stars because I love Burger King but the drive though is terrible. They don't... even say hi when you pull up to the speaker....It typically takes 3 to 5 minutes before they ask for you order, so if itsraining you are getting wet! Read more
Not one to leave poor reviews, but I am pretty disappointed in my most recent visit. I came late at around 11pm and ordered a... Whopper combo which was prepared in what thought was record-setting time. I understand that I ordered late, but the burger hadbeen clearly pre-made. Not only was the bun so stale that it was hard, but the lettuce was completely so soggy it was becomingtranslucent. It takes a while for lettuce to get to that point. This isn?t just a quality issue, but a health and safety issue.You can?t leave meat sitting around at room temperature for extended periods of time. I hope that management addresses thisissue with its staff. Read more
I did see your sign about charging extra as of Dec 13 for fresh ingredients as times are tough, but if it is that bad, just skip... the lettuce next time! As for the gravy today, I have had thicker water than what you are serving. When I noticed I dripped someof the watered down gravy, I had to grab a napkin to clean it up ... and you guessed it, no napkins in the bag. Let's hope 2022turns out better so you can return to your 5 star rating. Read more
I only order drive thru. They only take one order at a time. Brutal to get through the line. My whopper has the oldest and... slimey lettuce. It was not even edible. And i can eat anything. Not worth taking back. Won't go here again. Read more
