Went to Browns SocialHouse for Birthday Dinner & was pleasantly surprised with everything this place had to offer. They had... great food & beverage options on their menu, the place had an amazing vibe, the service was excellent. Here is what weordered: Calamari; Parmesan fries; Fish Tacos; Cajun Steak! Everything was very tasteful but their Steak blew our mind!Definitely going back for that! Drinks were great and loved the Espresso Martini! Since browns opened up I have been meaning to pay a visit but somehow it kept being delayed. Last night I got the chance to take... my senior parents who love socializing and my three year old, who too loves eating out (guess no one likes the food I cook) hada great time. The good part about their menu is that they have a little bit of everything so if you are going in a group andeveryone has a different preference then I guess everyone' walks out happy. There are Thai and Chinese options, the world famousbutter chicken curry (though I love how I cook it lol so didn't order that). They have the usual grills, ribs and wings kind ofstuff and mouth watering loaded nachos. We had a bottle of white wine for 30$ and I think that was reasonable enough. My dad hadtwo beers and we ended it with some Ice cream and paid a reasonable amount. We were looked after by Jenna who is great atcustomer service, friendly and very professional. We went to Browns Socialhouse on a weekday afternoon and got a seat right away since it wasn?t too busy inside. We chose to sit... outside because it was way too cold inside with the AC blasting, however, there were tons of flies everywhere in the outdoorcovered seating area. For food we got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($19.75) and the Blackened Chicken Fettucine Alfredo($22 for full). The chicken sandwich was crispy, meat was juicy and sandwich was flavourful. The fries were okay. The pasta wasvery creamy and the chicken was so juicy and well seasoned. Sadly, the chicken was a bit small. You can get a half pasta, thesame amount of chicken but half the portion of pasta. It?s odd though because I finished the whole thing and I don?t normallyeat that much, so I recommend you getting the full size if you are hungry. Customer service was alright, our waiters checked inon us but since we were outside it was easier to miss. I didn?t get a refill of my hot water so that was unfortunate, and we hadto flag down a waiter for our bill. The food is on the higher end, but it was good so I would accept the price. Overall, adecent experience! Next time, I just hope to not have to swat flies every 10 seconds to get them away from our food. Read more

We surprisingly loved the food and vibe. Great music, great layout. Comfy tables to sit at. I wasn?t hungry so I got the ?little... nachos? which was a perfect size for one. Hubby got the dragon bowl which he inhaled. Loved it! Looking forward to going back! Read more

I shared lunch with co-workers here and it was enjoyable for all of us. The staff was attentive and the food was fresh and... tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Thai Chicken Soup as it was bursting with flavour. I had the Little Cowboy Salad with my soupand while I'm not certain I would choose it again, I did enjoy trying something different than a standard Ceasar salad, and itwas prepared with fresh ingredients. Browns has a nice atmosphere. It's only opened up a year or two ago, so obviously nothingis worn down or tired looking. The seating is open and feels spacious, and the patio is fantastic as it's covered and hasheaters for when the weather is cooler. There's nothing terribly unique about the menu and it's mostly your standard pub grub,in a more upscale setting than a stereotypical pub, but the food they do offer is well prepared. Lots of parking. Seats are spaciously separated and cater for every liking. Ambiance is nice and airy. Service are fast and... efficient. Both the Grilled cod and dry rubbed ribs are cooked to its name. Will be back should we are around the area again. Read more

This place was really good, the tacos were really delicious and filling and the happy hour apps were also really good. Nice... place for drinks and eats as they have discounted happy hour drinks and appetizers as well as well. It is quite a bit morepricey as it is more of an upscaled bar type of vibe.
