Overall it was a terrible experience. Where do I start... We ordered the jambalaya fettuccini and a pizza. It wasn't busy but we... waited 40 minutes for our food! The pizza was ice cold and stale. The pasta was very mushy and chewy. We told the waiter and thekitchen remade the pasta. The pasta was again really mushy and chewy. It was so mushy my girlfriend couldn't eat it. The pizzatasted like it had been sitting for a while... The only redeeming quality was the manager. He was understanding and handled itwell. We told the waiter that the prepped pasta was probably overcooked. She told us that the pasta is cooked fresh but thenthe manager later tells us that it was probably from the pasta that was prepped earlier. This was Thursday, Aug 11 at around7:30 PM. Read more
I had lunch there. Being a vegetarian it's hard to find something. However, I had Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Bake Pasta and also... Spinach and Artichoke Dip. I would say it was worth it, so delicious, mouth watering ???????? If you are also a vegetarian orwant to eat something amazing you should try it once. Went here for the first time with friends and had amazing time there. Food was amazing and pizza was one of the best we had so... far. Service was also quick and staff was pretty polite and friendly. Restaurant was quite empty but it was overall greatexperience. Read more

Had an amazing experience here. I have gotten takeout before and it's always excellent. I sat in today, my server was amazing,... food was great. Overall a great dining experience. I wish that the interior was nicer but otherwise excellent. Read more
Definitely one of the best Boston Pizza locations in Kitchener Waterloo area. We visited it last weekend and really enjoyed our... time here. Please note that there are no reservations, it's jst walk-in. The patio is really good, clean and wellmaintained. The food quality was amazing. We loved all the items that we ordered. Special thanks to Victoria, she was amazing,patient and was always there when we needed her. We are a big fan of Cactus Cut Chips and Mediterranean Pizza (Vegetarian). Wealso ordered the Herbivore Pizza which was really good. The cheesecake is awesome, pls try if ur a big cheesecake fan. Thepictures here justify how amazing it is. The fancy pics are courtesy of very close friend!!! They lost 1 star coz - they didnot provide serving spoon/spatula to serve the pasta/pizza.
