Updating my review after a second try. I think when we first ordered they were still going through growing pains. We tried it... again and the pizza was much better. Lots of toppings and very tasty. It seems they have adjusted their prices too making itbetter value for the money. The boneless wings were awesome as were the garlic-parm knots. Definitely recommended and glad tohave a solid pizza place in nearby! Read more
We have had a lot of pepperoni pizzas over the years of trying every KW pizza joint, but have never had peps cut in half, and... it's a game changer. More edges for crisp delicious bits! Dough is yeasty and fresh, thin sauce with little flavour, good cheesecoverage, and a great cook. Friendly staff, a more than average price, but a great quality pie makes for a delicious addition tothe neighbourhood. 7.6/10 in the @kitchenerpizza Challenge. Read more
The 1st Pizza I had the pleasure to enjoy since moving back "Home" to #waterlooregion :) Andy's Legendary Pizza (not their local... page, still bugging them to get it up) on 150 Wissler Rd (Northfield), Waterloo, ON. The Walk in $14.99 3 Topping Special, madeit lots of Love, and the best thing; tastes as good cold as it does warm (and that's a true standard of Pizzas). Crust was lightand fluffy, cornmeal added. Toppings were generous, but not over the top. Pizza (well done) was cooked actually well done, notraw and soggy. Fresh, flavourful toppings too :) Staff were very professional, friendly and treated me a first customer as apotential long term customer (not just a one off, and in this competitive business world, that's a very important attribute). Ihighly suggest Andy's Legendary Pizza. 5 out of 5 Stars!! When you go in, and I encourage folks to, tell Benjamin "Button" andHerman, Christopher Robson says "Hi, and Thank You" Means alot to them when compliments come in, puts a big smile on theirfaces, as it encourages them to keep doing amazing work, at very competitiveprices. #pizzainkw #pizzawaterloo #pizzalover #supportlocalkw #supportlocalbusiness #localrestaurants Read more
Hands down the best pizzaria spot in KW region! I have yet to try the rest of their menu, but their pizza and knots are amazing.... Super friendly staff as well! Also, love that the cheese is added on top - after all the toppings have been put on, and thepizza is cooked to literal perfection! Read more
I have yet to try the pizza but the Panzerotti I ordered was absolutely perfect. The crust was light and fluffy, cooked... perfectly and not too oily which means they had the precision to get the oil at just the right temperature. The ingredientsinside were good quality. Prices here are a little bit higher but so is the quality. Will review again when I try the pizza. Read more
I've been waiting for a long time for this place to open up by me, and let me tell you the "Legendary" in the name is not for... show. The pizza is cooked to perfection, and booming with flavour from the tip of the slice, to the butt of the crust. This isone of my new favorite pizza places for SURE. Read more
I've had Andy's pizza twice and it's fairly mediocre. Like another review mentions, cutting pepperoni in half is a nice touch... but there are about half a dozen local pizza joints using cup and char these days, which still tastes better. There's a tinyamount of sauce, which makes the pizza dry and not as flavourful as other places. What really gets me though is the price. Mostof my favourite non-chain places of similar quality are far cheaper. The price is dangerously close to "higher-end" places thatare in an entirely different league. Read more
