They gave me bacon instead of sausage I take it back in it's 11:01 the so call manager tells me she can't make me another. So... after going back and forth I got a double cheeseburger then that was made wrong .I will never go back here the manager was rudeover her workers messing up . Find new workers . Read more
The food was what u expect. I unfortunately left my wallet behind, with cash and cards. I realized it at my next stop. I called... them and was told it was safely locked up. I thank Summer and her co worker for being honest and soooo helpful. There r goodpeople out there!! Read more
The bar for everything out here is pretty low in general, but somehow this McDonald?s seems to drag that bar even lower and... still come in below it. Nobody ever expects much from McDonalds when they pull up to the drive through outside of pulling up andgetting your meal in a reasonable time at the window. Each time I have been here they have failed to even do that. I have had topull over to the side every time for an order under $10 no specialty menu items. Stay away from this location if you?re lookingfor quick service and consistent decent tasting McDonalds. Read more

Had to wait 30 minutes just to get through the drive thru and then another 20 minutes just get my order. The fries were cold and... soggy. The price of a small frappe is the same as a medium was just two years ago. There's no way they deserve $16 an hour. Read more
I would recommend a better coordination of employees, at the same not too bad but even though I can understand the high demand... for new staff everywhere I don?t want to make it an excuse for bad costumes service specially if one person is capable of doing2 jobs and do an excellent job at the same time. I usually always go here since there is only one McDonald's in the Waterloo, Seneca Falls area. The long lines I don't mind, I... understand that. Though what I don't like is getting food poison. 6 hours after I ate my meal I threw up everywhere in my room.Be careful with your order, if the cheese looks like it just came out of the fridge and the meat won't split from the cheeseeasily, DO NOT EAT IT.
