Children in the kitchen/behind the counter.....at least two young children (aged possibly 8-12), hair down, unsafe for... them....food was lukewarm, customer had an untrained non service animal inside the dining area....just an all around fail. Read more
I just got the chicken and biscuits, tasted great. Didn't get any sauce or jam though. But the workers were kind.
Walked in at 9:40. Sign says they close at 11. Girl says they had to close early because they were "uh...uh... basically... literally out of uh... food... uh." There were 2 people standing next to me who were either her friends or maybe un-uniformedco-workes.... with 2 boxes of "uh... food". Cashier just plain rude! If she hates people put her where she is not exposed to them,( Dishes, cleaning restroom, taking out... trash) not running the Drive thru. Read more
If you order take out, ALWAYS check your order! I mean you have to even open up the food and make sure it's what you ordered.... Since this is my local KFC, it's the one I use the most. Can not tell you how many times my order hasn't been right. Today wasthe final straw and the reason for this review. Ordered a combo that was three items, a drink, a fry, and a mac and cheese bowl.They forgot the fries. Since this is also a Taco Bell location, they mess that up as well. On more than one occasion I'vegotten the wrong meat in a taco or a chulupa. They need to fix this! Read more
Well, let's see. I walked in and few minutes later the cashier young lady comes up with a cute smile. Super friendly lady if you... ask me. We put our order my little brother and I. She was very sweet. Things turned to worse when we got home. My brotherordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco and a cheesey gordita crunch. The crunchwrap barely had anything in it along with thetaco, but the gordita was perfect. My chicken was dry as cardboard extra crispy and it was dark meat, I ordered 3 pc thighs. Icalled several times over the past few hours and got no answer. This place has definitely gone right down hill to hell in ashopping cart. Read more
Disgusting. These are Nashville hot tenders on 2/27/2020. They told us this is how they come. The crew was extremly rude. They... packed our food to go and ordered it for eat in. They kept it all packaged to go, just threw it on a tray. All the tables weredirty and unoccupied. Had to clean our own table. Never going back. Read more
This place needs heat in the dining room. People can't eat while we are freezing. It's been this way for too long.
