Placed an order tonight. Not sure if the lady answering was new, but seemed very confused. Ordered the Sausage AND meatball sub.... Only received a meatball sub. Ordered the Rustica pasta and specifically said no black olives and she says there are no olivesin the dish. I said it is listed in the description. She repeats there are no olives in the dish. We get the dish...FULL ofolives!!! My sister in law couldn't eat it. Also, all the salad dressings were supposed to be Italian dressing but was just oiland vinegar which is something totally different. Not a terrible place to eat, prices weren't bad either. The menu is way too big, and with it including steak all the way to... calzones I'm not sure if I'm in a nice Italian restaurant or just another corner pizza shop. Read more

Our 1st time at Ciccino's I got the Veal parmesan and side of spaghetti and my husband got a small pizza.It was very good but I... prefer my sauce just a little more sweeter to take that acid taste out. But otherwise it was good. Read more

Here now ?. Stopped in for a local pizza joint for just some slices . Amazingly wonderful pizza and although we chose counter... service , great customer service!!! Seriously a great stop for pizza! They also have dine in service! Read more

Placed a dinner delivery order tonight- when it was delivered, noticed my meal sized garden salad was missing. Contacted the... store and without issue they had it out to us very shortly after my call. Great food, never had an issue until tonight and itwas taken care of professionally and quickly! Thank you! We order delivery from here all the time and it's always great food. However we decided to go into the restaurant to eat tonight... and the service was horrible. We were sat immediately at a high top in the bar area. Our drinks came right out then we waitedfor 36 minutes and no one came back to the table to even take our food order. Meanwhile a older gentleman that came in after usthat also sat in the bar had his drink and food order taken while multiple servers asked (Jim) how he was. I guess he is theonly one to get service tonight. They were not busy only about 8 tables in the place and multiple servers working. As a matterof fact it was so dead a lady was chasing her screaming toddler around the walk way playing the whole time we were waiting.Needless to say we walked out. Could not find anyone to even pay for the drinks so I guess they were on the house tonight.Anyway we won't be back to eat in the restaurant with service like that. Im sad that i have to do this.... and they only get 3 stars because ive eaten here for many years and generally its... good. Ordered chicken marsala (ive order this dish many times over a 15 year period, sometimes different but always good). NOTTONIGHT. Nasty soupy mess, dry chicken, 2 sliver of mushrooms, cold gross. All other food was also cold, soggy, sloppy. Ireally hope things improve, i used to love this restaurant and hope this is just a fluke. Read more

The food here was amazing! It was so filling and had lots of variety to chose from. The bread and salad were a wonderful... appetizer to the main course which was to die for! I got the parmeasan crusted chicken with a blush sauce. I highly recommendthis restaurant. Read more
