Very disappointed with their soft serve these days. The last two times I've stopped for a cone they didn't put ice cream in the... cone and the ice cream precariously balanced on the rim of the cone was so lopsided I was afraid I'd be wearing the ice creamhome. The last time I was there the kid was brand new and didn't know what to do and the person training him literally told himnot to put ice cream down into the middle of the cone (which helps keep the ice cream above the cone more stable). Are they thatshort on money they need to save a few cents by shorting us on a bit of ice cream? Read more
Not a bad store however lacks customer service. Once i called for a pizza got there and they forgot to make it. The next time i... called for pizza I called the store 14 times Phone was busy. So iI went to store and told them there Phone was busy a theyalmost called me a lier. After they made the pizza for me they said that they were having Phone trouble. I think they left itoff the hook so they wouldn't have to do work. Well it's been a year sence last visit customer service not any better. Lots ofstations in area. Read more
Friendly enough personnel for a gas station. Okay pizza. But try the the Byrne Dairy Ice Cream Cookie sandwiches - they are... awesome! Ugh (another day) ONE person on duty for entire station. :( Read more
Very nice place to take a break and get some fuel for semi trucks. Sandwich was freshly made and very good tasting.
Was denied service today due to a medical condition. The clerk asked me for paperwork to verify my condition. A direct violation... of the law and the first fine is up to $75,000 for the violation. This is a nice, new, clean store. About what you'd expect from any Byrne Dairy except a little bigger than some of the others in... the area. My experience here has been positive, but I can see where they might get overwhelmed at time if they don't have enoughstaff on duty to handle regular sales and then making food, etc. We stopped in mid-afternoon on a weekend and the food areaseemed a little overwhelmed , but luckily we just ran in to get a grocery item so no wait for us.
