Never again. Should have just not went. Only reason I did is because the one on 4th was closed. What a waste to my visit home.... If it clearly shows "served hot" wouldn't the cheese be melted or asked if I want melted? #32 and had the nerve to ask if Iwanted it warmed up after all the veggies added...umm no. They put it in a container and my whole sandwich is so soggy it fellapart. When I come back in town I'll just pass on my Sub if the one on 4th isn't open. Such a shame. I get one every time I comehome. And no that's not bread in the pic, it's soggy bread. Like it's the same texture as dough. Update: Because he's kinda newI'll give you 3 stars. Next time they need to just ask since people have different preferences and not every location makessandwiches the same. Not once was I asked about these options. Be aware all orders are by the number beside description of subs. They were steadily busy while I was there getting a sub. I... didn't see anything mentioned if they offer to toast/heat your sub prior to adding vegetables. That would have made my subfantastic. All in all, the sub was good, but messy. I will make sure I wrap a napkin around it prior to eating it in thefuture. Staff was nice. Read more
The store could use a serious deep clean & organize but I don't even let that bother me. The food is always fresh, the staff is... always personable & there is a refreshing expectation that customers treat the employees with the respect they deserve. I give my experience at Sub City Kimball three stars for a couple reasons. Yes, the food is great when it's done correctly, but... unfortunately my recent visit didn't give me that. They added far too much mayo on three of the sandwiches I ordered, and thefountain drinks were far too syrupy. I can't say that this is the typical visit there, I just don't think I will be going backthere for some time. Read more
