Best fast food in town, but the wait times are ridiculous. It's not uncommon for me to wait in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes.... I recently went there and waited 5 minutes at the order box before I finally left because no one even got on the speaker to saythey'd be right with me. The food is great (if expensive) but I'm just too tired of waiting so long in line without even asimple "sorry for the wait" to make up for it. Read more
The dinning room opened after 12PM, website says it opens at 10AM. An employee parked 1/2 way in a regular spot and 1/2 in a... handicap. The menu above was off, 100% black. The place is very dirty. An employee had her 4 kids at work, they were sitting inthe dinning room playing on phones. We left, went to Taco John's. Read more
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I am a Door Dasher on occasion and I received no less than at least 3 orders while... trying to get service at this store on September 1, 2022 at approximately 6:30 PM. Each order was subsequently denied andrejected by the manager and had to be declined and turned away. I will never return to this store or any other Popeye's everagain because of the venom and hate spewed by the employees at this establishment. They flat out refused service at the end andmocked me and told me they didn't want my business. The string of Profanity they used towards me was reprehensible and wouldhave made Samuel Jackson blush. I am a mild mannered individual and was completely respectful up until the end. Did I mentionI was on the phone the entire time with Door Dash help center trying to get my dashes resolved the entire time Popeye'semployees treated me the way they did? I was shocked and embarrassed by their behavior towards me as a customer and arepresentative of countless other potential customers through Door Dash. It was a mob and gang mentality with the Managerleading the employees in yelling at me and mocking me. Because of my shock at their behavior I was left stammering andstuttering my disbelief as I left. The girl at the register then proceeded to mock my speech impediment with a mock stutter"D... d... dd... d..." Take your business to KFC on Kimball Ave instead. Absolute worst experience ever, what keeps them in business? Lady who took order/ money was extremely rude, offered condiments... but never placed in bag. Sides had awful taste, reported to corporate and they offered 5 dollars towards next visit, what can bepurchased for $5? Maybe a small drink? If you plan on visiting take my recommendation and go elsewhere. I'd give them 0 stars ifI had the option. Read more
Ordered a family meal of sandwiches and a couple large sides. Didnt get the sides. Asked the dasher if they got them and they... didnt. Called to the restaurant to inquire if they had maybe forgot them (these things happen). The lady who answered the phonewas rude as hell. Saying "I told her we ain't got those large sides! Take it up with door dash!" Rude and unprofessional. Lastcouple times I've tried to get drive-thru or place an online order with Popeyes its been one thing or another. Absolutely awful service. After the lady at the drive thru forgot to run my card and had me pull around to the front of the... store, she comes out to say my card didn't go through. Had to go in and pay, I used the exact same card and now no problem. Theygave my food to someone else after having me pull around to the front to wait. The blackened chicken sandwiches were greasy andthe buns were smashed down. No biscuits included even though I had the combo where they are included. This is the worst PopeyesI've ever been to.
