The food was over salty. To the point it was inedible. Waitress forgot to get us many things we requested and to be honest... should not have had to ask for those things in the first place. Drink was not good. Besides our waitress, the other staff wereworking very hard. No wait and food came out timely. Waitress with short dark hair needs retraining and needs to check in withher tables. She had 2 other tables and was walking around in circles and bypassed our table of 2 many times. Read more

6 of us ladies in our 70s and 80s celebrated 3 birthdays at the Waterloo, Iowa Longhorn. Wow! What an unbelievable experience... thanks to a charming gracious waiter! His name was David. Because of his great service and affability we can hardly wait tocome back. As a treat for the birthdays we were given surprise and generous portions of desserts ? their yummy ice cream andrich chocolate cake. We?ll be back!! Judy Read more

I JUST LEFT! I couldn?t wait to get to my phone! Talk about THE WORST experience EVER! I don?t even know where to begin. Not... only was the food EXTREMELY salty, but it took 2 hrs to come! I?m still not even sure where everything went left. O I know, mydrink take 30 minutes. For a margarita that was recommended to me by the waitress! I had children with me who also had to wait 2hrs for food. Our bread came out LATE. We saw at LEAST 3 other tables seated well after us get food. AND THATS JUST WHAT I SAW!Then the most disgusting part is that the manager and the waitress said we would get a VERY NICE discount which is the onlyreason we even continued to eat cause at this point leftovers would have been a better option. Nice discount turned out to be 11dollars off of a 70 dollar bill, and I found myself actually arguing why I should be compensated with the proper discount. Inthe end the bill was 21 dollars, when it should have been free for that salty Luke warm food. Read more

The food was fantastic. The service, once we were seated was fantastic. The hostess and or manager were less than pleasant and... less than honest. We had a group of 15. We were told 40 minute wait. More than 2 hours later, we were finally seated. Yes, wechecked on the status from time to time and kept getting told the same falsehoods. We had 7 young children. It downpoured rain. Not our best dining experience. Read more

I was there to eat lunch, we ordered but the food took a while to be served, once in our table, the taste was really good! They... know how to prepare a stake! Service was o.k., not bad or excellent but, for this kind of restaurant, I would expectprofessional servers and greeters, at least for them to say good bye instead of being talking to each other when you are leavingtheir place. Do I expect too much? Maybe, but when I go to elegant restaurants like this, is the conjunction of event thatmatter. Read more
