Although this place has a little bit of bar top, table top or booth seating, most every seat is in good positions for grabbing... some eats or drinks and friendly gatherings. I came in for lunch with a friend after he insisted that they had Bluegill fillersand that they were fantastic! Well, I was kinda skeptical about this as this really isn't an offering anyone in the area wouldnormally have, so I ordered a few things that caught my eye. I was able to sample their homemade Poblano Cream soup and thechili. Both were fantastic! While it wasn't spicy or super-flavorful like Wendy's, it was nevertheless good! I also orderedtheir Bluegill Fillet basket. Man! These were fried "half-shell" or skin on, but don't worry as the breading is a fineMississippi style cornmeal covering and those skins can easily be removed if you can't find them great! I heard the fish comefrom a local farm pond, but I'm uncertain. The French fries have like a corn dog flavor batter on them and you're probablygoing to need to go hungry unless you wanna get bloated eating them all, as they are just that addicting. Clean, comfortable family restaurant / sports bar. My boyfriend and I love eating here. The food is great and fresh, the staff... are friendly and the service is fast! The menu is a good size and they offer something for everyone. I recommend the bonelesswings (best ive had in the cedar valley) and the spring wrap. Read more
We were pleasantly surprised that we were seated right away at 7pm on a Saturday. The waitress was in her 4th day of training... and she was great! Very attentive and on top of it. The burgers were perfectly cooked. Great atmosphere! An enjoyable night out. Read more
Delicious! We had a new wait staff but she did an excellent job. Huge frosty mugs of beer, good food and they tolerated our... noisy group! I suggest if you have a group to get there early. It filled up fast after 5pm. A bit pricey but a good time was hadby all 8 of us. Read more
We asked for a booth and were told there were none, even though one was seated a few minutes later to a couple with no... reservations. We were seated and our silverware fell to the ground. The hostess picked it back up and placed it back on ourtable. Service was abrupt and borderline rude. Food was overcooked and took longer than tables that came in after us. We couldsee 10 tvs and 8 of them had the SAME game on on a Sunday afternoon. I was watching the game I wanted on the TV by our table and10 minutes into our stay the manager turned that one to the other game, making it 9 out of 10 tvs on ONE game.
