Stopped for a breakfast bowl and the hash brown was a frozen chunk.
Never got my pizzas and wings. Caseys blamed door dash. Door dash blamed caseys. And I paid $50 for nothing. The next day one of... the managers gave me my money back. Not sure what the heck Was going on I have ordered from this location dozens of times but tonight the customer clerk was very... rude over the phone. She was telling me I could not use my debit card to pay for delivery and then further told me that theydon?t deliver to my location even though I?m only a mile away. After speaking to A manager I was able to complete my orderhowever he offered no discounts for the way I was treated by his employee. Read more
