The food was wonderful, but the service was terrible. There was four adults and three kids - we ordered two entrees (parents... shared with two of the kids), one kid's meal, one appetizer, and a house salad. The waiter kept trying to get us to order morefood than we wanted (like meat on the salad or insisting we wanted to order chicken nuggets for one of the kids) andsecond-guessed water as my drink of choice. Two of us ordered a second beer, never came. The plates of food came out one personat a time...my 8-year-old's mini corn dogs were the last to come. Reordered the second beer and finally got it. Well we got seated right away. But then was put in a corner and no one seemed to know who our waitress was going to be. We... waited at least 15 mins before someone even came to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink. We were informed the drink menuwas online and that I had to scan a qr code to get it. Ok we order drinks only to find out that my husband's drink a Sangriathey were out of. After 15 more minutes if waiting for our drinks. Didn't apologize or ask us if we wanted anything differentdidn't even offer a drink menu to compensate and help pick a different drink. Nothing. We were waiting and waiting finally itseemed like forever but a nice older lady asked if everything was good and if we needed anything I said yes a drink menu and ourwaitress. Still didn't see our waitress for another 10 mins. It was the worst service ever. And then when we got our food myhusband was brought his fajitas without his tortilla shells the pot holder to his plate was disgusting. Like at least give us aclean pot holder. I am so disappointed in the service we will not be going back. What a mess we were at the resturants foralmost 2 HOURS during peak dinner time you would think they would want to get us in and out. Worst food ever! BEWARE! NOTHING CAME AS ORDERED! ALL FOOD WAS COLD! At hotel, ordered $50 1. Grande Burrito had literally a... spoon full of meat. Eggs and Chorizo looked like left overs with potatoes. Not as described...Have no clue what the eggs andtomato sauce was... 2. All food was cold. 3. Food was 1 hour late. 4. We ordered through door dash. Order was placed at 4:08. We got a notification that our driver was at the restaurant and should... be here between 4:35 and 4:45. At 5:17 I called the restaurant to find out what was going on with the order. The woman told usthat the ticket said the order was to be ready for the driver at 5:01. Driver was there..food was there and it was 5:23 now. Shewent on to say that they had an order for 25 people that they needed to work on. When our food arrived it was cold, some fooditems were burnt, wrong items and not made with certain items on the side as requested. We ordered Huevos Mexicanos, which wedid not get. Instead we received another egg dish. We ordered the burrito grande with carnitas and guacamole on the side. Theburrito was filled with beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole and about a tablespoon of carnitas. The receipt literally said?doublecheck this item?. The huevos con chorizos was burnt and had no tortilla. The tacos had been sitting so long that the bottom sidedown was complete mush. To top it all off everything was cold. Pics included. The Mrs likes the Street Tacos but I'm all about the Volcan (aka Molcajete)...jam packed with steak, chicken, chorizo,and... shrimp...awesome! The service has been excellent on both of our visits as well. Read more
