The afternoon staff at this Starbucks is awful they're too busy talking to each other,not paying attention ,they did not get... your coffee order right . The one employee was late to open the store this morning and made the customers stand outside with the door locked to wait for... the mobile orders that were already paid for (so we couldn?t leave and go elsewhere). I get being late sometimes but at leastlet the customers inside and start getting their orders ready. Just because one person was late now means myself and the othercustomer waiting with me will be late to work as well. We are going on a 20 min wait just to even step inside. Read more
Took my elderly mother in to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon. I was taking you in the wheelchair, only to find out there... was no wheelchair access in front of the store. And she walk behind your wheelchair in a young man that works there came all theway out from behind the counter to open the door and help us into the store. His mother raised him right.
