Placed a order at 3pm for delivery at 5pm on 5/18/22 and at 5:01pm I was still waiting for pizza. I called the store and was... told that the store had no dasher to bring the pizza. I received no call from the store to notify me of no dasher and then whilespeaking with a young lady the phone asking when I can expect my order and what time the phone was switched to a rude man whosays yeah! I advise him of problem not know his title or who he was because he did not say when he took phone from young landand he continue to tell me to wait! I asked why no call from their store to advise of no dasher hours ago and he hangs up on me!I call back and ask for refund! This was Absolutely the worst customer service EVER , no customer skills and the rudestestablishment! I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store! Horrible service! * the reply was wrong it was at 5pm !Also I was not screaming! Also why wasn?t there a call to inform the customer that your company didn?t have a dasher! I calledto order at 3pm and which was 2 hours in advance. Also when I asked when can I expect the pizza you STILL couldn?t provide me adelivery time. Also the store could have called me the CUSTOMER earlier to let me know you were understaffed and if I wanted topick it because there was no dasher, but that wasn?t done! AMAZING!! Possibly the best pizza I?ve ever had from around the country. Pizza, bread and salad were outstanding!! Hands... down. Their pizza does not even come close to comparison to chain-brands, so you?re not comparing apples to apples (yes, I?mtalking to those individuals who say they?re a little bit more expensive.) Customer service was exceptional, as well!! Highly,highly recommended!! If you want to sacrifice and save a few bucks - you?ll get what you pay for. I love the cowboy pizza. Have tried most of their specialties, and made my own pick plenty of times. Have even gone daring and... tried the coney island pizza lol. Would not recommend that one, but as a whole, love this place. Duck rub crust is amazing. Andtheir bubble bread + tornado toast I'd encourage you to try. It's like a French toast (shape and thickness) piece of garlicbread, loaded in cheesey goodness. Read more
