Horrible experience. I was told to drive to the front of the building to wait 8 minutes for decaf coffee. I pulled in a parking... space so that I would not block the flow of traffic. This a small parking lot. After waiting about 13 min I came through thedrive through and she apologized but told me she didn?t know where I was and she thought I left.I could not have gone that faragain the parking lot is small. I called back and spoke to the rudeness manager that I have ever spoken to. This is around12:45pm 10/17/22. I tried to tell him what happened but he cut me off and would not let me get my entire story out. I then triedto tell him my coffee was also cold. He immediately told me I was lying. He started yelling and told me he was the one thatpoured it, and I was lying it could not have been cold. It was cold to me, I could drink it like water. I specifically asked wasthe coffee hot. This type of customer service is unacceptable.This situation was handled unprofessionally. Customers are thereason why your doors are open. After waiting in a long line in drive thru my order was prepared wrong I and was told to make it right they would charge me... again. ??! And that I?d have to pull to the back of the line because they were busy. This is my final straw with this place.Long wait and coffee made wrong almost every time I cross my fingers and come to this place in hopes that it?s gotten better.. Ihave ordered numerous mocha iced lattes in the past to be served literal chocolate milk with no espresso.. and a few months agowas told I would be charged to cut my bagel in half??! I used to be a daily customer here but service and consistency startedseriously lacking the last year or so. It?s a shame because when it?s made right Dunkin coffee is some of the best.. completely rude and disrespectful to doordash drivers and they always have an attitude . they also make us wait in the drive... through even though the order is already ready instead of just letting the delivery drivers come in but they do not care aboutanyone, wouldn?t be a huge deal if they were nice, but they aren?t. never accepting any orders from there anymore. on top ofthat we end up getting blamed for taking long to deliver but it?s actually the stores fault for taking 30 minutes for a cup ofcoffee and a donut.
