I went through the drive though and asked for extra mayo; the lady reassured me that it came with plenty of mayo and extra might... be too much and THIS is what I get. Drive 30 minutes for some bread and chicken there was NO ONE in the drive thru just purelaziness. Read more
I went to go inside of restaurant to order my food and the employee saw that and walked out and locked the door so they didn't... have to serve me. I ended up going to the drive thru but I am very upset and offended by this form of disrespect by theemployees. They said they close at 9 pm now but it was not even 7:30pm. I ordered through the app and was given the wrong burger. Customer support gave me a $10 coupon for the ordeal, so I came back a... few days later and tried to order the same burger just be given the wrong one again. The lady in drive thru had very poor customer service skills. A very unpleasant unwelcoming attitude. Long line that didn?t seem... to be going anywhere. The only upside to this visit is that when I asked for no mayo one of the ladies working informed me thatit was royal sauce and confirmed whether or not I wanted it on the sandwich. Read more
