WORST a management there is. I could not get in contact for almost 24 hours with any manager to talk about my cake order that... they did not make correctly. The wrong color and wrong size for my daughters birthday. We did not have enough cake to feed forher birthday party because they gave me a 9in instead of a full sheet which I paid for was the full sheet and no one wouldrefund me or make me a new cake with a little over a day notice. Completely ruined my daughters birthday and my first experienceon buying cakes there, I will never go back. Read more

I bought a small 40 dollar birthday and the box was absolutely destroyed! They just tried to tape it back up and there were... holes in the box still, the frosting got all over my purse and stained it blue because of the ripped box. Not happy at all Read more

I ordered a cake online and it looks nothing like it's supposed to. Then, the baker added her own personal design on it. I did... not put an exclamation point at the end of my message, there were missing colors, as well professionalism. Better to go in andorder than online at this location. Read more

I decided to give Baskin Robbins/Dunkin one more shot due to a family member really enjoying ice cream cakes, even though they... screwed me out of a custom birthday cake in 2018 . I decided to try this store instead of the other two I had issues with (DixieHwy, Waterford, and Orchard lake, Keego). I ordered a cake online and when I went to pick-up my cake on my pick-up date, I wastold that they had "attempted to call me", and that they don't actually do custom cakes at that location (even though they havean entire corner dedicated to ordering custom cakes in their store). They told me that since I did not respond to the voicemail,I could select a pre-made cake from the display, but I was not entitled to a refund. Naturally, I was upset. I showed the"on-duty manager" my phone log to show that no one called on the supposed day that someone left me a voicemail, but she insistedthat someone called me, and they didn't just call once at this point, but twice. I showed her my phone again that no one hadcalled, but she again basically shrugged her shoulders, told me I was at fault, and I could either grab one of the 2 cakes theyhad in the fridge or leave. I don't know how I couldn't be eligible for a refunds when she was telling me that they never couldhave make me a cake in the first place. It's not like they produced a product specifically for me and I was backing out of thedeal. I told the "manager" that I had ordered a specific flavor due to a chocolate allergy and the only cakes available werechocolate, which would not do, but again, I got the same reply. I ended up just having to leave and got the same response I gotlast year from online customer service..."Oh, no...so sorry...we'll let someone know about it..." So, yet another year that I'mout of a cake, but this year I actually got charged for it. Definitely sending this one to the BBB for a refund. DO NOT COMEHERE!!! Read more

Awful experience. 2 young kids working alone. Neither of them knew what the heck to do. Waited 16 minutes for my iced latte and... the kid literally hands me a cup of milk with a glob of flavor concentrate floating in it... Then asked for a refund and theymade me wait even longer to assist a drive through customer, there were 2 employees, one could have taken care of my needs. Iwas kind and gave them helpful advice to help them out and one kid says "I know what I'm doing, we just get busy...." there were2 drive through customers and myself in 20 minutes. Awful. Read more

2 young girls were working when my husband and I came in... there was no waffle cones and when I asked for one the girl simply... said... we don?t have any and they wouldn?t at all that day because she didn?t know how to make them. My granddaughter of coarsewas bummed so we just ordered 2 scoops on a sugar cone and the girl gave us super small scoops, because she didn?t know how toscoop the ice cream into a ball. And when we asked for a sample of one of the flavors the girl did not have any spoons or knowwhere they were so I got one from my side of the counter and gave it to her . Just a hot mess all the way around. The ownerreally needs to step up and train their staff. Read more

Just tried to go through the drive thru this evening at about 11:10pm. After waiting to order with no response we drive up to... the window where we saw a small child inside. We tapped on the window and the child and a blonde haired lady came up and told usthey were closed. After asking, she confirmed that they usually are open 24hrs but her systems were currently down so herregister wasn?t working. My question is, why on earth are you there with a small child and declining service to customers ifyour system is down. Why not just turn off the open sign and take the kid home. Read more

My husband has refused to go back because we made a trip up here a couple of years back and waited 10 minutes at the drive thru... speaker. We were acknowledged, we ordered, then we heard nothing. As we drove past the window, we could clwarly see theemployees laughing and not even paying attention to us. I came back a year later and was treated like an inconvenience. The icecream was good, but the customer service sucks. Read more
