I usually don't post anything, but felt it was time. I continually get coffees with leaking cups, or lids half on. I get... handed a coffee with a lid half on, that spills into my lap or the car. Or a cup where it is leaking at the lid, and fills mycup holder with coffee. This has become such a regular occurrence from this specific branch, that I had to finally saysomething.... and yes, I had another coffee, all over my lap and car today. Tim Hortons address the quality of your cups andensure your personnel know how to put a lid on. Read more
Just spent 5 mins waiting to get to a speaker only to be ignored while orders were taken by 4 consecutive cars at the other... speaker. Eventually left with no order but forced to wait in line for 5 more minutes. If you have 2 open lanes pay attention toyour lineups. Another poor example of a once great franchise. Read more
Waited 7 minutes just to order, and then it took over 10 minutes just to receive 2 bagels. They clearly value drive through over... in person customers. Service was not the best. Read more

walk in and order a coffee, while I sit down a group of high school kids walk in and start smoking and vaping in the building... and it is on Friday sept 30th 11:30 6 kids sitting at the padded booth, Tim Hortons should really ban them or get on that ofpeople vaping and smoking in your store in public.
