This was my first time here today. I ordered the soup of the day, sausage and potato. It appeared to me to be nothing more than... pasta fagioli with sausage and potato. I sent the soup back. When the check arrived I had to instruct the server to remove thesoup from my bill. It was instantly removed, but it should have been removed prior. The chicken caesar salad was average. Iprefer shaved or shredded cheese vs what looked like extremely grated or powdered cheese. The mozzarella sticks were appealingto my eyes, however, my guest and I found the sauce to be quite bland. So I loveee tiramisu the actual cake BUT strangely I didn't have any here and I'll tell you why...The food was just alright...I... do plan on returning because in these situations I hate to just give a big fat no to possible redemption we can call it. I didntfinish my food not even my salad...Maybe it was a bad day for them? I have no idea maybe it was just what i choose wasnt good?But my honey also said the same so I have no idea cause Ive seen this restaurant very busy many times and has awesome reviews soI assumed its delish...I will be sure to update this if I do come again. The Calamari was pretty great though I must say that!As for service, the waitress was super sweet but the vibe in the restaurant felt weird from the start and I cant put my fingeron why but I wont lose hope maybe ill return some time in the spring when people in general are happier hahah. Came here for dinner with family on a Saturday night. Nice atmosphere and the service was quick and attentive. We found the food... to be good, but basic. The Paglia e Fieno was my personal favorite.
