My favorite Dunkin' in Waterbury hands down! The morning crew is amazing, and Lizzie always has my order ready for me to go.... Sometimes the mobile app allows me to order things that aren't available and Lizzie always offers me some alternative option ifand when that does happen. She also remembers that I sometimes accidentally order iced instead of hot coffee and will verifywhen I arrive. The place is very clean. But. I order a large hot latte. And got a regular coffee. Couldn't go back to get what I asked for
This place is probably the best dunkin in waterbury everyone is nice and 9/10 gets your order right
edit to say someone must've cleaned the pots because lately the coffee has improved. thank you to whoever did that. coffee is... always nasty. no matter what kind I order. ALWAYS DISGUSTING. these people must not clean the coffee machines, cuz it's farworse than simply old burned coffee. Read more
BEST DUNKIN EVER!! I love starting my day with the friendliest staff ever! Always a Good morning before taking my order and... beyond polite during taking my order. And the important part my coffee order has NEVER been wrong. And please don't let the linefool you they move it through so fast. I get my coffee here because I pass it on my way to work BUT I also drive here to get mycoffee on my days off passing 2 other Dunkins on the way the staff is that good!!! Read more
This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in all of U.S.A and i will expain why i say the whole U.S.A below!! I work in avon/canton so i... stop for coffee at all the places in between waterbury and Avon/Canton and when i stop at other Dunkins i wish that i could havethis Dunkins team in everyone i go to. You could see that the manager running this place makes her employees want to come towork by the way thier attitudes make you feel good and make you feel that they are there yes for a pay check but also becausethey enjoy thier time at work. The coffee is always spot on and never has a burnt taste. I never went through the drive thru andhad to return because something wasnt made right. The manager moves the lines fast because you can tell she builds relationshipswith her customers and knows most of there orders which makes the process fly. The seating is so comfy and the inside is alwaysclean. I have yet to step into a Dunkin that compares to this place and i lived in California and Flordia for 1 year each andlike i said before i really wish when i walk into a dunkin in California or Florida or Connecticut that this place is the one iwalk into and these employees especially the management team is there! What a pleasent experience. Today i spilled my coffeeinside the store and the manager was more worried that i was ok then what carpet i stained,and as bad as i wanted to clean itthe manager Liz and another employee made sure i was cleaned up first and then they both cleaned the floor and your couldntnotice coffee was even spilled there.
