I just ordered some of the WORST Meatball subs ever. There should be 8 meatballs per sandwich, not 7. Very dry, hardly any... sauce. Then to top it off, the meatballs roll off the bread with the cheese, making it a mess. Customer service was abysmal.Talking to her coworker about not having pizza subs when she should have been paying attention to the customer. It will be avery long time that I will step foot in that particular location again. And if I see this so called 'worker' again, I will yellout 'NOPE!' very loud and just walk right back out the door and go next door to Jack in the Box. Read more

It is currently 38 degrees outside, but we decided to stop in at Subway for lunch. I asked if they had any soups, she said no... maybe when winter arrives. So I ordered a sandwich, the spicy Italian. Ask to have Italian dressing on it, and was told thatthey don't have that at this location. I move down the line and ask for a coffee, I'm looking right at the Keurig machine andthe K-Cups next to it, and she says we don't have coffee anymore. At this point I'm just so annoyed that I just get the sandwichand nothing else. The fact that they do not have supplies on hand shows to me lack of good management and Logistics. Iunderstand that sometimes you don't estimate correctly for a weekend flow, however there is no reason why you can't try and findsupplies you might need from another Subway store if it has to be a Subway based product. Definitely not happy with a servicetoday. Read more

Bread was undercooked. Sandwhich "artist" completely flattened the bread while cutting then stretched it out several times like... it was dough tearing in many places. I've never seen a sandwhich like this one. Terrible and a mess to eat. She couldn't cut thesandwhich all the way through when cutting in half then wrapped it twice because the end was sticking out and still had no paperon that end. I've gotten used to the rude employees at this location because they could at least make a decent sandwhich butseams like all new crew that is trying to be nice (thanks for that) but can't make a decent sub. We started going to Subway at 5354 Rufe Snow because we don't want to deal with KC and his problems. He is very rude and... disrespectful. He should not be working with the public, he obviously hates it. Never looks up to you, he looks down all thetime and mumbles and he is always in a bad mood. Today I walked in there and he stood up and I asked him if he was KC and hesaid yes, so I told him I didn't want his waiting on me because he is not nice (I didn't recognize him immediately). Will not bereturning to this location, I'm tired of him acting like I'm in there getting a free meal from him and how dare I interruptwhatever he's thinking about by walking in.
