Ordered via the app. Arrived to pickup the order and apparently someone else grabbed it. The employee remade it for me but I... should have asked for a refund. She put so much dressing that the bread soaked through even dripped off when you took a bite. Read more
Lived next to this subway for 4 years. For 4 years they're toaster hasn't worked. If you want a hot sub do no go here. FOR FOUR... YEARS, no matter how much they toast it, it's cold. Trash. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Read more
Haven?t been to subway in years. Got food here today. Wanted chicken teriyaki but now eating it at home it looks like rotisserie... chicken. Doesn?t taste that good either. Not sure if their recipe changed or the restaurant didn?t have it. Someone picked upthe food for me & was told it was chicken teriyaki. Food is meh. Might be years before I eat it again. Read more
Loud music playing though a Bluetooth speaker, asked to turn it down. They were very rude to us turned it down some then after a... few minutes turned it back up again. I told him the music was offense and please lower it again he turned it up with no apology,no regusrd for us. It was a good place to eat, but this young man needs to be fired for the way he spoke to us. This was on onHwy 377 in Watauga TX. Subway needs to give the young man working all alone a raise! The 5 stars are for that young man as he did very well for being... left alone on a busy weekend and kept the store clean too. Store needs to do better with terrible management that quit and leavetheir employees alone. Read more

Placed order online and got notification it?s ready after 29 minutes. When I went there to pickup my order they said we are out... of steak! I asked them why no one called and let me know we are out of it but the lady at the front desk told me sorry I wasbusy ! Wasted my 30 minutes!! Read more
