I stay going to a Smoothie King in every area. This was my first time at this location (at least in a long time) and I placed a... curbside order through the app. The app said it would be ready at 2:55p? no rush. I?m sitting in my car having me time lol. Icall the store at 3:08pm and they sounded like they still had to make my Smoothie? the person acted like they could notunderstand what I was saying when I stated it was ?curbside??. ok? I gave them my car info and the person said they see me? theywill be right out. So I wait another 10min as I?m watching ppl go in and out? so I finally just go inside myself. They hand methe already made Smoothie? looked like they had it in the fridge waiting for me to come inside to get it. Went in to order a couple of smoothies for me and my kid, found out that because the location "doesn't do a lot of cash" that... they can't break a large bills. This was the only form of payment that I had and they have no signage posting saying they don'taccept large bills. I expressed this was all I had. When I questiond the shift manager about it as I've worked in retail andfood for over 10 years and I know this is possible, she said that they don't do enough cash to break it. I know this is a lie asI have friends that work at Smoothie King. I know it's possible it's just difficult in the required effort on her part but nonewas put in. Read more
I am a regular here. But every 4-5 orders (in a 2 + 3 week period), I get some random smoothie. Today has been yet another order... from here that is not only late and melted, but isn't what I ordered. It's kinda difficult to confuse chocolate with a greenlooking like smoothie. This happens so frequently the I would highly recommend you order at the store and donor leave until theyget your order right. That is NOT chocolate! Read more
