This location is a joke. It doesn't matter if you go in person or order online. We have gave them 3 opportunities to fix the... issue but enough is enough. The staff is rude. While a supervisor/manager sits around on their phone. My online order wassupposed to be ready at 654 it's now 714 and we now have it. 7 people walked in to regular order and this staff was horrified.To be the highest price sub shop I expect more than a good sub. I am not one to leave a one star review, but this was my first and last time at this location. I brought in a coupon I've been... holding on for weeks. Apparently, a teeny part of the barcode was torn off so the employee could not scan the code. Afterasking if she could just enter the promo code that is printed on the actual coupon, she said no she couldn't. I was quiteshocked. Is that not why the promo code is on the coupon?? And she said there was nothing she could do. Being a small businessowner myself, I am all about customer service. So I could not believe after bringing in a perfectly, good (minus the teenypart of barcode missing) coupon that THEY sent out to bring me into their store, there was nothing they could do for me. Subpar subs? Fogetaboutit. Friendly, quiet, and clean. Popped in for some sandwiches and to hit the Pokemon Gym. Despite being... short handed, the nice woman at the counter greeted me kindly and got started on my order with promptness. Food quality wasamazing, as was the atmosphere. Read more

I was the first customer of the day, just 5 mins after opening, only partial help had arrived. I live about an hour away so it's... a treat for us to get a Philly from JM's. Needless to say they did not disappoint. They took pride in they're work and itshowed. When all others seem to lack quality.... Thank You "Jersey Mike's" for giving me hope!
