I just want to point out that Ashton went WAY above and beyond!!! With a warm welcome at the door, helping me with my food, and... payment. I had my baby with me in his car seat. Once Kayla handed me my food and my hands were very full, Ashton followed me tothe door and held it open for me and even offered to help me with my car door. Now THAT is customer service!!! Well. First they charged me twice for sides ($5.40 a piece), I got beef and broccoli and only got 3 pieces of beef and a whole... lot of broccoli, the orange chicken was hard, stale and terrible, they gave me a small side for the mushroom chicken and thechicken was rubbery and last the noodles were dry and bland. Overall I will never eat at the Panda Express in Wasilla, Alaskaagain. I was disappointed in the taste and appearance of the food and they charged me double for sides on 7-4-2022. So for a$18.00 meal they charged me $28.00. Now I remember why I haven't ate there in 2 years. Their a ripoff! Read more

We enjoyed the food I found that the orange chicken which we usually really enjoy was mediocre. It was lacking the normal amount... of sauce and the temperature was medium which indicated that it had been there for some time. Just after we sat down we noticeda whole order of new chicken replaced that which we had ordered. Additionally one of our codiners had ordered vegetables andinstead of being told when vegetables would be available they were told that they were going to be getting them done. I wouldlike to suggest your process be to the customer that you're making a fresh batch and they'll notify you as soon as they're readyin 6 minutes or whatever it takes. It was disappointing that when ordering a bowl we could not have the bowl split between twodifferent entrees, the staff had a can't do attitude. One additional point of this restaurant was that the washrooms were ingreat need of attention including the need for paper towel for drying hands. There was no ice available in the drink dispenser. Overall I've given this restaurant a three out of five rating because the noodles and other food items we're good. Read more

honestly pretty good get more shade then they deserve also there service isnt as bad as u guys are making it seem. they got with... my orders pretty fast and the workers were pretty nice I honestly think u guys just say the service was bad cause u have nofriends and don?t know how to have social interactions Read more

1.5 hours before closing the employees wouldn't cook more food as it ran out. I asked for the food that ran out cuz it must have... been good, the employee merely restated back to me that it was all gone; perhaps, changing closing time would be more effectivevs. pretending to be open. Sections of the inside were blocked off so we had to wait for others to leave to sit--I assume theyhad already cleaned the area and didn't want to do it again. Read more

So we thought it would be nice to give Panda another shot after a not good experience earlier in the year. This time not only... did they get the order wrong, but did not give us a receipt at the time of purchase. They still charged us for our meal althoughthey have a policy posted on the window that states NO RECEIPT ENJOY YOUR MEAL ON US. This location is poorly managed, and itwould benefit the Wasilla area to have another restaurant take its place. They are so disrespectful and rude something must bedone. DO NOT GO HERE Read more

Gone here many times and have always gotten mediocre food. But the last time I ordered (two days before Christmas) I got... disgusting, dried out noodles and rice, along with rubber and not fully cooked meat in my black peppered angus. When I tried totell the manager about the poor (and quite frankly, worrying) quality, he offered to make new plates if I brought it in. Irefused the offer and simply wanted him to be aware of the situation but gave me attitude and basically told me there wasnothing to be done. Read more
