I used their "Slice" delivery service. I ordered at 5:30 p.m. and was told that it would be delivered by 7 to 7:18 p.m. I had a... meeting to go to, so needed to leave at 7:30. I called at 7:20, they told me they were 2 minutes out. I waited another 15minutes, and was really running late at this point. I called and asked to change the address to my meeting location they saidyes, they could and they were another 19 minutes out. I'm still not sure how it went from 2 minutes to 19 minutes. Either way, Iwas told the address was changed. I waited until 8:20, at this point my kids and myself were past hungry. I called and askedwhere the pizza was, and they still delivered it to my old location. They did say they will refund my money, I guess I'll haveto wait and see. When I arrived home, the pizza was there. But the topping on one of the pizzas slid a bit, and the box lookeddamaged. When I opened it, there was a slice missing. It could have been a neighbor, or the worker. I'm not sure since I wasn'thome. The whole experience just made everything more stressful, when I really needed any easy dinner for a really stressfulnight. Will not recommend or use this service again. They pizza was okay, but what it took to get it, was not worth it. Read more
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I suppose its the new chick there but she's just absolutely HORRIBLE. We got a COMPLETELY... WRONG order and she was like oh well the driver said it was okay... but it was not. It wasn't what we even ordered. Then shesproceeded to have an attitude with us after we sent a picture to her.. stating she bakes pizzas there and it looks like it's theright order. .. which again it absolutely was not. Gross. I ordered for pick up. When I got there, there was a jug of milk, sitting on the dirty floor. I watched a guy with a... clipboard walking around, whiping his runny nose with his hand, then touching food without washing his hand or using gloves.When I asked him why the milk was sitting on the dirty floor, he said "Oh, I'm doing inventory". After I mentioned that it wassitting on the dirty floor three times, he finally moved it to a back shelf. Their break room area appears to be in the middleof the space? The manager was sitting and eating pizza there, around regular storage and food. When I asked to cancel my orderand for a refund, I was told I would have to call Slice (I ordered direct from Knik Pizza's website) to get a refund. When Iasked for a manager, the manager finally called them for me and issued a refund. Bad customer service. Gross store. Read more
This is the best pizza place I've had! We ordered calzone, blueberry pizza, stuffed greek bread, jalapeno popper pizza, and a... greek pizza bowl and philly pizza bowl! Even though the peppers were super hot that one was my favorite along with the blueberrypizza and the greek bread! I'd show the bread but we ate it so fast! They are pricey but worth it! Read more
