My first time there, the place has huge potential. Nice atmosphere, spacious to accommodate groups, my waitress was lovely. I... ordered a $15 Burger. It looks great on presentation but the bun was not good and fell apart as you tried to eat it. For such anexpensive burger I would have expected a better bun. The fries were okay nothing to write home about. When I dine out I alwayshope to eat something better than I can make at home. I did not have that experience my first visit. If I go back I will ordersomething other than a burger and fries. I wish them much success and better burgers. Read more
I'm quite scared of bar-like places, but I decided to try Washougal Times anyway. I'm a bit sheltered and the serving style... weirded me out at first, ordering in the front, taking a number, and having the food come to you after a while. The interior wasa super casual and country-like place. Everyone seemed to be comfortable inside. I do like how friendly and kind all of thewaiters and waitresses were. The tables were a bit dirty, but not bad. You can sit anywhere you want anyway. I was so surprisedby the quality of the food. They have great dishes, and would highly recommend their macaroni and cheese, super tasty andaddictive. They have a different soup of the day, and I came on a day they served seafood corn chowder. I do not like salmon soI wasn't a huge fan, but I tried it and it was okay. I took it home to my fish-loving mother and she said it was the bestchowder she's ever had! So I promised her I'll take her here sometime. I'm sure she'll love the salmon risotto or something. Read more
All of the food items we have had have been very good and the beer selection is on point. The Philly was good. The French dip... was amazing. Both the impossible patty melt and the taco salad with impossible burger were outstanding! The best impossibleitems we?ve had anywhere. The tots are tots, the fries are fries, and the onion rings are excellent. The app ordering is alittle bit clunky, it?s better to order at the bar on a more traditional tab. First time here. Service was excellent. Server brought our first round and as he was handing it to me realized something had... landed in it and took it back to remake. Very good attention to detail. Food was delicious. We had the fried oysters, parmesanwings, and make your own burger. We will be back. Read more

Food was fantastic (sirloin steak, baked potato, asparagus - and Huckleberry Crisp for dessert)! They're still working out... service, but if they can get that to the same level as the food, this place will deserve a permanent place on the map! Read more
Every time I visit Washougal Times, I try a new dish on their menu, and have had a great experience every time. Ben and Andrew... have put together a great establishment, and I look forward to sharing this place with friends and family. 10/10 wouldrecommend. They've hosted some great live music too! Read more
