This location is very convenient for residents living in washingtonville. The line is very long all the time except for... afternoon. All the younger staff that work there are so nice and helpful with new items on how they taste ????. I miss thepervious manager she was amazed but now there is new managerment. Hopefully this location will keep that same vibe as time goeson since there new managerment sometimes business lose there vibe. But for now I am all in with this location. Read more
It's a great dunkin but it's time to leave a review. The coffee here is made to perfection. However, there have been multiple... times they've messed up not just my coffee order but my food order as well. Sometimes you'll sit at the speaker for a solid 5minutes before anyone even says anything, even if there's no other car at the drive thru. They prioritize drive thru beforewalk-ins so you could wait inside for a decent time before getting help depending on how busy the drive thru line is. This placeall in all is a B- at best. Read more
Walked in and ordered a sweet pepper bacon sandwich, toasted plain bagel, black coffee and two glazed sticks. Tamara, who took... my order, proceeded to tell me that the sandwich tasted better in a croissant. Yes, that is what I want I told her. Tamara: soyou want it in a toasted bagel? Me: no, I want a toasted bagel AND a sweet pepper bacon sandwich. Ok she answers. I swipe my ccand screen goes blank, as she walks away. I ask her what happened and she responds that I don?t have any money. Run it throughagain, and of course it goes through! ( I get reward points on my cc) I proceed to pick up my order and it was totally wrong!When I asked to speak to Tamara I told her she needed to brush up on her listening skills! She said during her three years at DDshe never had a problem except for me! I?ve been patronizing this DD through several management changes, but thanks to Tamara,DD in W?ville lost me to DD in Monroe, New Windsor, and anywhere else. Good job Tamara! Read more
I come here all the time and my ice lattes are never filled to the top. Today I asked for light ice and it?s even lower. To fill... up all the way with milk will throw off the flavor and to fill all the way up with espresso will be an additional charge. Whyaren?t the measurements made to give me a full cup weather I get light ice or not? Employees are nice but that doesn?t make upfor a 5 dollar latte that isn?t filled to the top. Read more
This DD has chosen not stand by it?s employees despite one of which was working 3 years through the pandemic, the owners of this... establishment felt it was best to fire her due to an argument with an aggressive customer. Unfortunately I can no longer supportthis restaurant or any restaurant that feels comfortable firing a loyal employee for keeping herself safe. Read more
Slowest Dunkin location I've ever been to. Waited in drive thru line for 20 min. It took them 3 minutes to speak to me on the... intercom. Ridiculous. What kind of work ethic is going on in there? Read more
Ordered 2 signature pumpkin spice lattes 1 of which didn't have any swirl. And one of our dozen donuts looked as if it had a... bite taken from it. Was unable to reach the store via phone. They did redo the lattes upon request after having to drive back. Read more
This morning I order a box of coffee and five plain begels with cream cheese. Coffee was great fresh and hot. The begels, one... had some cream cheese the other four had maybe a half of teaspoon on them . This my first and last time going to this DD . I canspend my money somewhere else. Read more
