What a pleasant experience! We always make it a point to visit Brotherhood Winery, and being it is only 20miles from us, I wish... we visited more. A later Saturday afternoon to do a tasting, buy a case or two and some dinner. I love the venue, as it isrelaxing, and can be as fancy or as laid back as you want. Very attentive staff, great cocktails and a nice wineselection. The appetizers, and entrees had a phenomenal flavor profile, well prepared, generous portions and overall a verysatisfying meal. We will be back and next time to sample the brunch menu. If you are visiting the area, special trip for theShawangunk Wine Trail for the Holidays ( which is fun by the way) - be sure to stop at 1839 for some great food! Read more

This was my first time eating here and it was great. The outdoor seating in the back gives you a quiet atmosphere if you?re... looking to escape the noise from the brewery.
