Reviews for YELLOW Navy Yard in 1346 4th St SE, WA
Delicious morning pastries both sweet and savory. Got the the Zatar labneh, ras el nout, almond croissant. Really mad they sold... out of the harissa egg ;( All three were really yummy I loved the Arnold tonic espresso and labne croissant personally.Really fast service as well and nicely packaged. Took off stars for 3% employee wellness auto gratuity and the incrediblemosquito swarm outlying the entrance of the bakery and Albi restaurant. Read more
Really cute coffee shop and restaurant in navy yard! We came early right when they opened because we saw they sell out of items... fast. We got an orange blossom croissant, zaatar croissant sandwich and an iced baklava mocha with oat milk. Orange blossomcroissant was so good! Such a unique flavor I haven't had before but loved the subtle hint of orange flavor that came from theglaze. Croissant was soft and flaky. My baklava mocha was also great. Very different flavor and I'm glad I got to try it, I'malways a fan of specialty drinks. The zaatar sandwich was very satisfying for a breakfast sandwich. Lots of flavors and veryfilling. It is a little pricey but I think worth it occasionally, the taste of each item we ordered was so different from whatI normally try at bakeries/coffee shops. I saw a harissa sandwich that is only served weekends I'd love to try, so hopefullyI'll make another trip here soon! Read more

The croissants were delicious, large, light, and flakey. My only negative is they are so pricey but I'm scoring Yellow the Cafe... based purely on the taste and looks of the croissants. Be expected to pay a bit for the pastries but it will be quality. Read more
tl;dr: Cute coffee with great service that offers delicious pastries and standard & outsourced 3rd wave coffee at a... cost. Sfeeha - 4/5: Amazing depth of flavor! I was disappointed at the size of the portion for $9, but it was really delicious. You could really taste all the spices in the meat pie portion and the pastry part was perfectly crunchy and warm! If you arelooking to splurge, this is a great option. Drop Coffee - 3/5: It was standard coffee of single origin Guatemala medium roast.I was hoping they would have multiple drip coffees available as I usually drink light roast, but there was only one standardmedium roast, but fwiw, it was not bad! Ambiance/Decor - 5/5: What a cute cafe! I loved the decor and with the name yellow, itreally stood out with bright yellow solid colors mixed with middle eastern inspired geometric designs. Bathrooms - 5/5: 3(!)gender neutral restrooms available! Very clean, and no proof of purchase or key required to use them. Verdict: I'll be back tosplurge on the other pastries! Read more
Great bakery/cafe for lunch or breakfast. Good variety of sandwiches and pastries. The chocolate croissants was one of the best... I've had, it had some sort of cream filling inside which was unique. Can't go wrong with anything you get here. Read more
An absolute delight for a quick breakfast or brunch meal. I got the pita breakfast sandwich & it was incredibly tasty. Great... flavouring and awesome quality ingredients. A bit on the pricier side as far as breakfast sandwiches go and likely would wantmore than the portioned size. A great chai latte as well from the place. Staff were pleasant & quick as well! Would definitelycome back Read more
