I think there is a problem when on two different occasions, staff there are accused of being rude to customers. In one instance... that I actually witnessed, it was the manager himself who was being rude and disrespectful to a young woman who appeared to havean intellectual disability. It is not hard to believe that staff would be rude to customers if they see the same disrespectfulmanner demonstrated by the person who should be setting an example. The second instance, the customer said that the employee wasrude, and instead of apologizing for any perceived wrongdoing and ensuring the customer was satisfied, the same manager sideswith the employee. The attitude there is," Where else are you going to go?" I know Subways are individually owned and operated,but I would think as a franchise owner, you want people to want to come to your store.
